Astley won the division one criterium with Kielly taking out division two event while Jenkins won the handicap.
The entries were down on the usual registration due to many event clashes but racing was tough in the windy conditions.
Kielly was the first winner on the program when he took a solo win over Graham Johns and Scott Martin.
Astley soloed to his win after taking more than a lap advantage on all but two other riders in division one.
Levi Johns let a gap open up to Astley with five minutes of racing remaining and that was enough for the strong man to take a winning margin.
Johns was second over the line with Colin Hunt third.
Mark Williams scooted away from Brandon Miller up the finish straight for fourth.
Miller was followed by Geoff Lockhart and Nathan Crump.
The program was finalised with a three-lap handicap on the 800-metre circuit.
Jenkins was first away with a one-minute 45-second lead over the scratch pair of Astley and Johns.
Jenkins has not any form they all said but he defied the chase from behind to win by 20 metres ahead of a hard chasing Graham Johns (30 seconds).
Scott Martin (20 seconds) flashed past Lockhart (50 seconds) and Kielly (50 seconds) on the line to take third and all five riders were in the finish straight at the same time.
Mark Williams (70 seconds) crossed the line 6th ahead of Levi Johns (105 seconds), Miller (70 seconds), Astley (105 seconds) and Hunt (90 seconds).
Racing continues for the Nowra Velo Club on October 8 with the Jack Hartnett memorial road race.
This event will be a 53-kilometre handicap and the race officials will be from the Hanlon Windows team.
