The players were strong in both attack and defence and played as a team like they have all season.
Centre Drue Johnston played an outstanding game against Milton, scoring for the Swamp Rats after making a break down the sideline to run away and score under the posts and when Jeramiah Welsh converted, it gave Swampies a 6-4 lead.
Powerhouse Jarrah McLeod dominated after he ran 70m down the sideline to also score under the posts and the ever consistent goal kicker Jeramiah converted the try to go into the halftime break with a 12-10 lead.
Drue Johnston made it a double for the game after receiving an of load from Jarrah to charge over the top of the defence and score his second try near the posts.
Toby Scotcher converted the try to take Swampies to an 18-10 lead.
Not to be outdone, the brilliant Jarrah McLeod was smart enough to get the ball in a one-on-one strip only metres from the tryline and charged through the defensive line to score.
He then went on to convert the try himself, taking the lead out further to 24-10.
Jarrah made it a hat-trick for the game and secured the premiership for the Swamp Rats in the last minute of the game.
He put through a chip kick and ran through to collect the ball and score under the posts.
He went on to convert the goal and secure the win as the full-time siren sounded.
This saw Bomaderry 30 defeat Milton 20.
Man of the match went to the master Jarrah McLeod.
