Expressions of interest are being sought for the block with frontages to the Princes Highway, Moss, Brereton and North streets in Nowra.
The block, zoned B4 Mixed use and SP2 Infrastructure, is home to Nowra Fresh, Leaf Restaurant and Nowra Farmers Market.
The property, owned by the Sassall family, listed as 111 North Street, is a fully leased retail centre with a current nett rental income of $563,781 per annum.
The centre, which sits on a 6512 square metre block has four tenants on long leases, with a weighted average lease expiry of 8.39 years.
The three separate buildings have a total floor area of 1570 square metres and includes a fully sealed site with excellent on-grade parking.
MMJ Real Estate in Wollongong is handling the sale.
Geoff Jones of MMJ Real Estate said inquiries into the location had already been strong with more than 12 in just over a week since the property went on the market.
“Initial interest has been very good,” he said “there has been a mixture of inquires through our databases and also from Wollongong and Sydney investors.”
Expressions of interest close October 5.
