Maureen Webb, one of six residents invited to speak at the hearing, will present her case to the commissioner.
“It’s our last chance to speak,” she said.
“Everybody’s allowed to come, were hoping a hundred people are there to show the commissioner this matters to our community.”
The Land and Environment Court have the power to refuse the development application.
There will be two more hearings, and the case will be decided later in the month.
