The hosts started slowly in the first quarter but rebounded in the second quarter, to be only down by two goals at the main break.
But after the resumption, it was all Figtree, who outscored the hosts 42 to three in the second half – which sees the Kangaroos secure the fifth finals spot.
The Tigers goals were kicked by Kel Russell, Matthew Farrow and Lockie Bailey while they were best served by Tom Hines, John Muggleton, Courtney Ward, Andrew Lee, Tyler Dunstan and Lachlan Hutchison.
Cross-town rivals Nowra/Albatross were hammered 31.16-202 to 1.2-8 by Kiama, who Shane Loveridge kicking the only goal.
Elsewhere, Shellharbour City defeated Northern Districts by 104 points and Wollongong Lions edged out Wollongong Bulldogs by 32 points.
