Last week was the third time the annual Shoalhaven Shark Tank had been run. An early estimate had this year’s fundraiser at about $50,000.
The final count has the community fundraising effort at $72,000.
Shoalhaven Shark Tank brings homelessness support organisations together with businesses prepared to make a donation. This year’s funds take the total over three years to more than $170,000.
This year 24 Shoalhaven businesses signed up to hear 13 homelessness services pitch their goals.
