Centurion: Nowra Warrior Under 15 player Jacob Carpenter-McCoy celebrated his 100th game last round at Lyrebird Park.

Congratulations to Under 15 Nowra Warrior, Jacob Carpenter McCoy who celebrated his 100th game in the last Group 7 rugby league round.

A player who is known for his solid attack and rock hard defence, the club appreciate and thank him for his contribution to The Nowra Warriors Rugby League Football Club.

The Under 11 Warriors have secured a place in the grand final after defeating a determined St Georges Basin side in the major semi-final played on the weekend.

The Warriors won 36-18 with tries scored by Paul Basha, Isaiah Falzon(2), Paul Little(2), Hugh Regan.

Goals were kicked by: Michael Browne, Paul Little, Ryan Walker, Hugh Regan, Jamahl Rix, Bailey Soper.

The Under 10-1 Warriors were unlucky to be defeated by Kiama 36-16 in the minor semi-final contested on Saturday at Shellharbour.

The Warriors played well together as a team and proved themselves a competent force in the future.

The Under 15 Nowra Warriors, although defeated by Corrimal/Norths/Thirroul 32-16 showed plenty of Warrior spirit playing the game with limited numbers.

The 2017 Presentation Day is on Sunday, September 10, at Lyrebird Park, Nowra.
