Officers from Ulladulla Police attended Kurrawa Drive, Kioloa around 11.50am on Sunday, July 16 and witnessed a 2002 red Holden Commodore doing a burnout.
Police stopped the vehicle and spoke to the 18-year-old male driver, who was apologetic to officers.
The man was issued with an infringement notice for committing a burnout, fined $659 and lost three demerit points.
Officers returned to Kioloa later that day to follow up complaints about burnout offences allegedly committed the previous day.
Police spoke to a 19-year-old male, who is alleged to have driven the same red Holden Commodore while committing burnout offences in Hapgood Close.
The man was also issued an infringement notice for the same offence – burnout, fined $659 and lost three demerit points.
