A woman has been airlifted to St George Hospital with suspected head and spinal injuries after falling off a horse in Nowra.

Paramedics found the woman, 28, on the ground on The Links Road, Nowra Hill at 4pm on Saturday.
A rescue helicopter flew in from Albion Park to carry the patient to Sydney.
The woman was in a stable condition on Saturday night.
