ULLADULLA and Districts Netball Association finished in ninth place at the 2017 Netball NSW State Championships hosted by Baulkham Hills Shire Netball Association over the June long weekend.

Their Open Division Two side finished with 10 wins from the round robin-style competition, against some of the best netball talent from around NSW.
Over the three days more than 1,000 athletes took to the courts to contest 969 matches with more than 32,884 goals scored.
Netball NSW president Wendy Archer congratulated players, coaches, umpires and officials who helped make the 2017 tournament such a success, while giving special thanks to this year’s hosting association.
“Netball NSW would like to congratulate not only the 2017 State Champions, but the many thousands that participated in this year’s tournament,” Archer said.
“We’ve been treated to fantastic netball across the three days.”
