The Sakura Bana Budo martial arts centre in Milton has been operating for 38 years and is run by 8th Dan Mick Smalley and 6th Dan Emma Ferguson.
Emma believes not equipping your children with self defence skills is like sending them to the pool without swimming lessons.
At the Sakura Bana Budo, not only will your child learn self discipline, they will feel more confident in themselves and build a healthier body.
But most importantly they will be able to defend themselves in potentially dangerous situation.
We also teach awareness of danger and gentle solutions to bullying.
The classes on offer are: children’s self defence and Aikido, Jodo- stick fighting techniques, Tai Chi, Senior Aikido and female self defence. Private lessons are also available. For inquires please contact us on 0458 932 432.
