The Kerrianne Allan coached Tigers easily accounted for the St George Saints 87-41 at the Hurstville Aquatic Leisure Centre – giving them a perfect 6-0 record for their 2017 campaign.
The win was set up by a dominant first quarter, in which the Tigers won 23-8 – a lead that was extended to 24 points at the main break.
By three-quarter time, the lead had blown out to 30, before the Tigers finished off the match to win by 46 points.
The Tigers were led by guards Kate Denyer (23 points), Kate Bellamy (20) and Olivia Paterson (16), while Simone Hackett chipped in 11.
This Saturday, the league-leading Shoalhaven return to the Tigers Den, where they will again play the St George Saints, in the return leg of their home and home fixture.
Tip-off is at 5pm.
