A woman has been injured after a branch fell on her in Schofield Lane, Nowra.

The woman, believed to be in her 50s, was hit by a large pine tree branch at approximately 12.30pm on Wednesday, April 26.
She suffered a possible ankle fracture and shoulder injuries and was taken to Shoalhaven Hospital.
A number of people went to her aid to lift the branch off her, including nearby tradesman who used hand saws to cut the branch.
Emergency services are on the scene to clear the branch. Traffic is still moving but motorists are encouraged to use caution in the area.
