Shoalhaven Heads will be rocking to the beat when the second Shoalhaven Heads Ukulele Festival is held on April 29.

The event will kick off at 11am at the Shoalhaven Heads Bowling Club. Sixteen ukulele groups will be performing on the day, including Batemans Bay, Nowra, Sutherland Shire, Wollongong, Kangaroo Valley, Huskisson, and the local Shoalhaven Heads Public School group, SHUCKS.

It’s shaping up to be a great day for anyone interested in live music and having a toe-tapping good time. Entry is by gold coin donation and there will be door prizes donated by local businesses. All proceeds will go towards helping the Shoalhaven Heads Community Forum fund local projects. A projects that has already benefited includes the murals in the art gallery.
