However, the continuous rain caused these matches to be postponed.
So onto this Saturday for the season opener with three grades scheduled against the always strong Shamrocks Club at Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen’s Rugby Park, Flinders Road, South Nowra.
The grounds are in great condition despite the recent rains.

New coach Paul Connor has toughened the lads up with intensive physical work at the newly installed gym in the club house.

Also, training on the ground has benefited from a large number of attendees which is the most pleasing aspect arising from the recruitment and retention program initiated this year.
Shoals will be fielding a 3rd Grade side for the first time in several seasons and by all accounts it should be a most competitive side.

These games begin the afternoon at 12:40pm.
