Alison Louise Muller, 46, faced 11 charges of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception and one of publishing misleading material to obtain deception before Sydney Downing Centre Magistrate Alison Viney in a special week-long sitting at the Nowra Local Court.
The hearing started on Monday and was adjourned, part heard, shortly after 2pm on Friday.
Legal argument took up a great deal of the first two days of the hearing before company owner Gavin Rogers took to the stand, giving three days of evidence.
Police allege Muller was working for the businesses, all owned by Mr Rogers, when she either overpaid herself as an employee or transferred money to her own company or onto her credit card on multiple occasions between February 2010 and April 2014.
Muller has not entered pleas to the charges.
The case will return to court on September 4.
