The meeting is being held from 10am to 12noon at the Nowra Youth Centre, on the corner of Kinghorne and Plunkett streets in Nowra.
PACCs are established specifically to address Aboriginal issues associated with crime and crime prevention in the local community.
The PACC is the first tier of the advisory bodies and meets quarterly in areas with high Aboriginal populations, such as the Shoalhaven Local Government area.
The Shoalhaven command provides specialist police officers or units to attend the meetings, addressing specific issues like domestic/family violence and youth issues.
Police also report on their progress achieving the outcomes of the Command's Aboriginal Action Plan.
Aboriginal Action Plans guide police/Aboriginal interventions and focus on 'local solutions for local issues'.
