After being sent in, the visitors posted 219 from the 41.1 overs, thanks to a hard fought half-century by opener Jason Bell (63).
Captain Sam Watts chipped in 47, while Luke Bowden batted well for his 46 for Nowra.
With the ball, United were best served by Jamie Jones and Harley Bell, who took three and two wickets respectively.
In response, the hosts never got going though, being all out for 121 in the 32nd over.
This was largely due to the balanced bowling line-up displayed by Nowra.
Michael Coulter led the way with 4/16, while Joel Lahene finished with 3/9.
Jack Watts, who has 42 wickets on the season, continued his strong season with another two scalps, while Jason Bell capped off a strong all-round display with 1/24 from five overs.
