North Nowra-Cambewarra won the toss and sent Nowra in the bat, which saw them rolled for just 87 in the 37th over. Ben Lahene (20) and Daniel Bryant (16) were the only two batsmen to offer any real resistance, while the chief destroyer for Norths was Kaleb Phillips (three wickets), while trio Justin Weller, Hugh Gillen and Jhie Cushan all took two.
In response, Norths will resume on day two at 6/62, after Jack Watts (3/29) ripped through their line-up. Luke Bowden, Joel Lahene and John King all claimed one wicket each.
