Kane Moon, 35, faces charges brought by the RSPCA, of failing to provide sufficient food and shelter to two Labradors.
Moon allegedly failed to provide food for a pregnant Labrador named Ruby, whose hips, ribs and vertebra were protruding and shelter for another dog found under a trailer.
He will reappear in Nowra Local Court on February 3.
