Bendigo Bank Sussex Inlet branch set up a Wishing Tree at Christmas and donations being piling in.
The items have recently been donated to the Animal Welfare League Shoalhaven Branch (AWL)
Caitlin Ferguson from Bendigo Bank said she was delighted to help out.
“I’m an animal lover and given the choice of who to do a wishing tree for, it was always going to be Animal Welfare League,” Ms Ferguson said.
“Animals don’t have a voice so the people who look after them often go unnoticed too so it was great to be able to help out.”
Some of the items donated include dog food, treats, toys, beddings, cash donations and jackets.
Mary Lumsden from Animal Welfare League thanked the bank and their customers for their support.
“We’re very grateful for everything we’ve received, it’s wonderful,” she said.
Ms Lumsden said while their treats and goodies are now stocked up, the group is in desperate need of carers.
“All you need to do is provide love and a secure home,” she said.
“We pay for all the vet bills, food and anything else required.”
