After winning the toss, the Tigers reached 8/142 from their 20 overs at the crease. Graham Davidson batted well for his 42 not out, and was well supported by Matthew Bell (32) and Nick McDonald (22).
With the ball, Darren Jones, Simon Blizzard and Chaise Boulding claimed two wickets.
In reply, the hosts looked to be cruising towards victory with Jones and Trevor Thomason at the crease. But when Jones fell for 25 and Thomason 58, the momentum swung back to the visitors.
In fading light, it came down to the last ball of the innings to decide the outcome. Ex-Servos needed a four to win and three to tie, but Sam Bagnall’s tight bowling kept the hosts to only two runs (8/141) on the final delivery, to seal the one-run win.
Bangnall and Justin Ganderton both ended with two wickets for Bomaderry.
