The man, was granted conditional bail, after being charged with four counts of failing to supply information to police.
It is alleged the man failed to disclose the driver of a vehicle allegedly involved in performing burnouts.
The man was charged on November 30 after a local resident contacted the police regarding burnouts being performed at St Georges Basin.
Police allege the offences happened between September 17 and October 4.
