A 57-year-old East Nowra man has died in a Sydney hospital after a serious two car accident on Kalandar Street, Nowra on Sunday afternoon.

Police said around 1pm witnesses saw the man’s Honda Civic hit a tree on the side of the road near Parramatta Park.
The car continued and shortly after turned onto Kalandar Street, travelling in a westerly direction.
Witnesses have told police the vehicle travelled straight through the Wallace Street roundabout, before skidding sideways onto the incorrect side of the road, colliding with a Honda CRV which was travelling east.
The Civic then collided head on into a power pole. Debris was scattered up to 10 metres away from the crash impact.
The male driver was treated at the scene for head, chest and abdominal injuries and was taken to Shoalhaven District Hospital in a critical condition.
He was airlifted to St George Hospital but passed away from his injuries on Monday morning.
The female driver of the other vehicle was uninjured, but a male passenger was taken to hospital for treatment to facial injuries after an airbag deployed into his face.
A crime scene was established with Kalandar Street between the Princes Highway and Wallace Street closed to traffic for a number of hours.
Crime Scene officers carried out further investigations and a report is being prepared for the coroner.
