Around 50 entrants gathered at The Game Cave Nowra, enjoying free games and prized competition.
Headspace Shoalhaven Youth Reference Group member Sean Thorpe said the event brought young people together.
"The reason for running this event was to bring together young video gamers from the area and promote a sense of community which can often be lost in a world of texts and computer to computer interactions," he said.
Coby Hindson, Game Cave owner said the day proved a good way to support Shoalhaven’s youth.
“The work they (headspace) do for our youth is amazing and we look forward to supporting them into their next 10 years. A big thanks to all of the people involved on the day and congratulations to all the winners,” he said.
