The competition is open to men’s, women’s and over 35s teams. There are cash prizes and the process for individual and team registration can be found at www.southcoast7s.wix.com/comp Last year’s winners included Illaroo Football Club (men), Southern Ladies (women) and Navy VETS (men 35+).
