A man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting two females, including a 13-year-old girl, in Sydney has been charged with three other attacks on women across the city earlier this year, police say.

Mustafa Kayirici, 26, has been in custody since June 25 when he allegedly crashed his car into a bus stop on Old South Head Road in Bondi during a police pursuit.

At the time of his arrest, detectives had been searching for Mr Kayirici for nearly a week in connection with two sexual assaults.

In the first alleged attack, Mr Kayiricia is accused of raping and robbing a 22-year-old woman in the CBD.

Days later, he allegedly kidnapped a 13-year-old girl in Parramatta and sexually assaulted her at various locations in Sydney - from Parramatta to Merrylands, Telopea, Ermington and Homebush - before the girl escaped.

It is understood Mr Kayirici did not know the teenager.

He was arrested in Bondi the following day.

Detectives from the State Crime Command's Sex Crimes Squad established Strike Force Kochia to investigate the attacks.

"Following further inquiries, strike force detectives identified another three incidents that were reported to have occurred in May 2016," police said in a statement on Wednesday.

Police will allege in court that a 26-year-old woman was attacked on May 7, a 37-year-old woman on May 20, and another 37-year-old woman on May 30.

Police on Tuesday re-arrested Mr Kayirici at a correctional facility in Sydney.

He was charged with a further six counts of aggravated sexual assault; three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm; two counts of obtaining for advantage; using a carriage service to threaten; robbery armed with an offensive weapon; assault with intent to rob; aggravated break, enter, steal and commit serious indictable offence; and break, enter, steal and commit a serious indictable offence.He is due to appear in Central Local Court on Wednesday.
