Internet and phone services went down at 11.40am on Friday, August 26, with some services restored by Wednesday, August 31.
Co-owner of the transport company, Kyle Harrison said the outage had significantly affected business.
“Everything we do is over the internet so to have no internet, no phones and no faxes for four days has just crippled us,” he said.
“We’ve got days of unanswered emails and in this business, if you don’t get back to people with quotes immediately, they move on.”
Mr Harrison said he contacted Telstra several time but is yet to discover the cause of the outage.
Shane Sorgsepp from South East Tech Services said the outage affected around 250 local connections.
“It seems to be people who have the NBN or have got it recently,” he said.
“I was really dirty at Telstra though because they kept saying it was the modem but a few hours later I still hadn’t had a call back to let me know what was happening.”
Telstra’s website’s most recent update records show at 4.21pm, Wednesday, August 31 some customers may still be experiencing difficulties using their internet service.
Telstra was contacted for comment however automated services requested a call back later due to high demand with current outages.
