Scott Morrison confirms decision to block Ausgrid sale

Treasurer Scott Morrison has confirmed his decision to block the NSW government's planned sale of electricity distributor Ausgrid to two foreign companies, a week after issuing a similar preliminary ruling that cited national security concerns.
