The roll up could have been better. 

But the number of juniors who attended and weighed in was encouraging.

For those who fished, the number of fish weighed in was a good sign for later competitions.

Jett Taylor weighed in a nice snapper to win the junior section.

Joshua Fernie had the biggest fish in men's estuary, while Peter Suitor took out the beach competition.

Wayne Anderson had the best bag in deep sea, while Cameron Taylor landed the biggest fish.

Peter Suitor beat Joshua Fernie by the slightest weight to win the mystery fish section.

The club’s presentation will be held this Saturday, July 23, while the annual general meeting will be held on Sunday, August 7.  

The way things are shaping up, the club is going to have a strong deep sea section this year.

So, roll up in other sections and be sure to enjoy your fishing.
