Aysha Mehajer, whose wedding to suspended Auburn councillor Salim shut down a Sydney street and triggered investigations that ultimately shut down the council, has applied for an apprehended violence order against her husband.

Police have confirmed officers from the Sydney City Local Area Command received an application for an AVO against Mr Mehajer on Monday.
Aysha Mehajer used her maiden name Learmonth in the application.
Officers representing Ms Learmonth, the one-time Wollongong beautician, will appear in court on Wednesday to make the application against the property developer.
The application follows months of speculation about their relationship, and repeated assertions on social media by Mr Mehajer, as recently as last week, that nothing was amiss.
Court documents state Mr Mehajer is not allowed to go within 50 metres of where Ms Learmonth works or lives.
He had also been ordered not to stalk or intimidate Ms Learmonth.
"The defendant must not approach or contact the protected person by any means whatsoever except through the defendant's legal representative," the AVO states.
A provisional order has been made for 28 days.
However Mr Mehajer has appeared to deny the AVO relates to his wife. In a statement to Channel 9, he said the AVO related to alleged complaints by neighbours. "This is not an AVO that relates to Aysha," that statement said.

Mr Mehajer and Ms Learmonth were married last August in a ceremony that outraged locals, and attracted relentless media interest in the former councillor and developer.
The process of obtaining approval for the wedding celebrations - which included shutting down a street and landing four helicopters in a park - came under the microscope of a state corruption inquiry into Auburn council last month. That inquiry remains ongoing.
It is not the only imminent court matter for Mr Mehajer, whose former council remains under investigation by the state government.
Also listed is an application by Bruce Herat, a personal trainer at Mr Mehajer's gym, for an AVO against him. Mr Herat's application follows the dismissal of an earlier charge of intimidation brought against Mr Mehajer after he allegedly threatened Mr Herat.
Ben Miller, reportedly Mr Mehajer's brother-in-law, has also applied for an AVO against him. There are also multiple matters to be heard involving his business dealings.
