The program now in its fifth year, will be held on July 11-12 at Seagull Lodge, Orient Point.
This program is an ongoing partnership between Shoalhaven Police, NSW DPI and PCYC Shoalhaven and is funded by the NSW Recreational Fishing Trust.
The program is backed by Fishing World Magazine, McGashlan Media, BCF South Nowra, Shimano Fishing Australia, Compleat Angler South Nowra and SHOK Fishing Tournaments.
Twelve Aboriginal boys aged 12 to 16 years will be selected to take part in this year's program.
Day one of the program features talks on leadership, local Aboriginal culture and working in recreational fishing.
Participants will then be involved in a fishing clinic and listen to fishing master classes from expert local anglers.
On day two the children will be heading out on charter boat, Escape for a guided fishing experience.
