A BOMADERRY woman charged as part of Strike Force Croci, cracking down on illegal drug activity in the Shoalhaven, has sentenced to 15 months’ jail.

Katherine Jane Davison, 25, of Katela Avenue, appeared in Wollongong District Court before Judge Paul Conlon, pleading guilty to supplying a prohibited drug small and indictable quantity (not cannabis) and two counts of supplying a prohibited drug small and indictable quantity.
She pleaded guilty to supplying 3,4 Methylenedioxiymethalmpehtanmine (MDMA) last year on May 7 and May 14 and 1.41g MDMA on May 21.
A number of other drug related charges, including possessing prohibited drugs, methamphetamine and cannabis, dealing with the proceeds of crime and not notifying of change of vehicle address were also taken into account during her sentence.
Judge Conlon sentenced her to 15 months’ jail from August 15, 2016 with a non-parole period of nine months.
She is also ordered to pay $815 as drug proceeds pursuant to the Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Act 1989.
A total of 44 people have been charged as a result of Strike Force Croci’s operation.
Nineteen of those charged have either entered guilty pleas or been found guilty, with 17 now sentenced.
The strike force netted police more than three kilograms or 25,000 street buys of the drug methamphetamine or ice valued at $2 million, three kilograms of cannabis, five firearms, and cash.
