A Woodhill woman who allegedly defrauded a local turf company of more than $180,000 has appeared in Nowra Local Court.

Alison Louise Muller, 46, of Wattamolla Road appeared before the Nowra Local Court registrar on Monday facing 12 charges, 11 of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception and one of publishing false misleading material to obtain advantage.
Court documents stated on a number of occasions Ms Muller allegedly either overpaid herself, transferred money to her company Jovuli or onto her credit card from a number of companies owned by Gavin Rogers including Lawn Lovers Pty Ltd, Lawn Solutions, Rogers Turf Grass, and Green Propeller Pty Ltd.
The offences allegedly occurred between February 2010 and April 2014.
Police evidence stated between February 2012 and October 2013 at Jaspers Brush she allegedly overpaid herself on 23 occasions, valued at $22,132 through an electronic banking system from Lawn Lovers.
On November 28, 2011 she allegedly electronically transferred $1500 from Lawn Lovers to Jovuli.
Between November 30, 2013 and December 2, 2013 $1000 was electronically transferred from Lawn Solutions while on another four occasions, invoices for Rogers Turf Grass worth $2100 were overpaid into another account.
Documents stated she also allegedly overpaid herself on another 13 occasions between June 2012 and March 2014, valued at $13,000 from Green Propeller Pty Ltd.
In April 2011 she allegedly double paid an invoice for Green Propeller to herself valued at $1254.
Between August 2011 and April 2012 the Green Propeller bank system was accessed with $3950 transferred.
It was alleged on 15 occasions between February 2010 and April 2014, $47,892 was transferred to her ANZ credit card account.
Between February 2010 and April 2014, it was alleged on 13 occasions $31,000 was electronically transferred from Rogers Turf Grass to her ANZ credit card.
While between February 2010 and April 2014 on 16 occasions $56,131 was transferred to Ms Muller’s ANZ credit card.
A $2750 payment was also transferred to a bank account from Rogers Turf Class in September 2013.
Court papers also said she allegedly submitted documents for a National Australia Bank Qantas business card for the allocation of Qantas Frequent Flyer point program intended to gain financial advantage by directing the frequent flyer points to her account instead of Gavin Rogers. It is alleged 71,560 points were redirected on 298 occasions.
Ms Muller did not enter any pleas and the matters will be back in Nowra Local Court on May 23.
