Under 6s: Gabriel Andrew scored a great runaway try down the sideline for the Swamprats during his side’s loss to Stingrays. Under 14s: Jayden Brody scored after taking a quick penalty tap to charge over the try line and Jake Locke converted the goal. Under 12s: played Warilla only to get beaten on the bell. Toby Scotcher scored a try and converted the goal and Jeramiah Welsh side stepping his way around the defence to score a try. Under 10s: were defeated 28-26. Jackson Ingram scored a try right in the corner then went on to convert the goal. Riley Ingram also scored. Max Beck made some great moves from dummy-half to score a hat-trick. Under 9s: were defeated 58-36. Brayden Whitfield and Nate Hartigan scored two tries each and both converted a goal. Under 8s were defeated at Ulladulla 40-20. Kade Whitfield scored two tries and converted a goal, Khie Simpson-Moore out-classed the defence to race away and score a try then went on to convert the goal. Under 16: were leading the game until a few injuries saw Ulladulla fight back to defeat Bomaderry 38-16. Under 13s: were defeated by Collegians.

Under 12 girls league tag were defeated by Stingrays 26-6 with Summer O’Brien being the only try scorer. Under 14 girls were defeated by Stingray’s 38-8. Emily France and Summer O’Brien were the Swamprats try scorers. Under 16s were defeated by Stingrays 34-6. Lauren Finch scored her first try for the Swamprats with Jessica White converting the goal.Our Women’s in Defence league team went down to Corrimal 42-6. Emily Fletcher scored a runaway try and Alysha Mundy-Williams converted the goal. Registrations for Junior Swamprats are still being taken on training days from 4pm or swampies.leaguenet.com.au.
