Lee Carmichael Town Planning has applied to construct 31 medium density single storey detached units valued at $4.18 million on vacant land Isa Road, Worrigee.
The land, on the southern side of Isa Road, covers 13,478 square metres, and is owned by Corrie Vale Pastoral company Pty Ltd, of Mosman.
It is proposed to construct the units in a number of stages with eight in the first and second stages, nine in the third and six in the final stage.
All of the units will be three bedrooms, associated living areas and garages.
Access will be off Isa Road with an internal looped driveway.
Each new dwelling contains an alfresco area and useable private open space.
Car parking for 70 vehicles will be provided.
Council has also received an application for three single story units at 80 Shoalhaven Street, Nowra.
Craig White Building Designs has applied for owner Stephanie Crawford, of Artarmon, to demolish the existing building and construct the new units, in a project valued at $578,000.
All units will be three bedrooms with associated living areas and garage space.
The subject land is 1011 square metres, with the block 50.29m deep and 20.115m wide.
The development is proposed to be setback 5.5m (minimum) from the front property boundary (Shoalhaven Street), a minimum of one metre from the side boundaries and 3.4 (minimum) from the rear boundary.
Access will be off Shoalhaven Street and car parking will be provided for five standard vehicles.
Each dwelling also contains an alfresco area and additional private open space.
These applications follow the announcement of a $9.2 million unit complex proposed for Graham Street, Nowra.
The application is for the 32 medium density units for 65, 67 and 69 Graham Street, currently occupied by three single storey weatherboard and fibro commercial buildings home to The Everything Store, Nowra Hydroponics and Nowra Pet Supplies.
The site is owned by South Coast Property Development.
