Capital Gain: Caydon revisits old Cremorne office plan

After plans to replace the super-prominent site with an apartment building failed three times with council and once with the former planning minister, local developer Caydon will activate a-seven-year-old permit to build a 12-level office on the former Beaver Plastics block in the Richmond pocket of Cremorne.
