Tinny stolen – A white runabout fishing boat on a trailer was reported stolen from Bay Street, Narooma between Jan. 23 and Friday. The 3.6m, aluminium Stacer Proline is still missing. Anyone with any information about the theft or whereabouts of the boat should contact Narooma police on 4476 2044 or Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000.

Abalone bust – A NSW Department of Primary Industries spokesperson has confirmed a large quantity of undersize abalone was seized at Narooma on Saturday. Further inquiries are currently underway. Locals reported seeing the abalone spread out being counted at the Narooma Bridge.
Drink drivers – A 59-year-old woman was arrested and charged with low-range drink driving after failing a roadside breath test in Narooma at 8.35pm Sunday. At 12.30am on Sunday, a 58-year-old Narooma female was seen travelling west along Lamont St, Bermagui when stopped for a random breath test. She failed and was taken to Bermagui Police Station returning a reading in the low range. She had been at a private party and consumed three 250ml bottles of wine.
Camera stolen – Someone broke into a car parked on Elanora Street, Dalmeny around 1.50am last Monday stealing a camera.
Eggs thrown – Unknown persons threw eggs and other objects at cars on McMillan Crescent, Dalmeny near the campground between 9.30pm last Tuesday and 7am last Wednesday.
Traffic offences – A 51-year-old male driver visiting the area was issued with a traffic infringement notice for not wearing a seatbelt while driving down the Princes Highway, Narooma last Wednesday. A 79-year-old Bodalla man was issued with an infringement notice for crossing double-white lines on the Princes Highway on the Narooma Flat last Tuesday.
No helmets – A 53-year-old man was issued with a ticket for not wearing a bike helmet while riding in Narooma last Wednesday. While a 42-year-old local man also received a fine for not wearing a bike helmet while riding on the bike path in Narooma last Tuesday.
