Our laws should be changed for juveniles aged 14-15 to be tried as an adult for serious crimes. They know right from wrong at this age. Yes, they know what they a doing and they know the consequences for doing it. The justice system need to start thinking of the victims and there families and stop being soft on the ppl committing the crime. Do the crime do the time.
