The application has been made by Sharon Keeffe, of Tessra Design and Drafting for 129 Junction Street, the site of the former Travelscene (Helloworld) business.
Melani Bros Pty Ltd, of Dee Why, own the building which will be converted into Cherubs 3 Cafe, providing light meals, coffee, cakes and takeaway meals.
The applications states the business will provide employment for six staff, three full time and three part time.
It is planned the business will operate from 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday and from 6am to 3pm Saturday.
