Recently there has been an increase in people losing money from their bank accounts. This is not because the bottom has fallen out of the market, or the stock market has crashed. It’s because you have been scammed by a smooth-talking scam artist from who knows where?

I am not talking about losing a couple of dollars. People have been tricked into losing thousands of dollars from their bank accounts. How do they do it? It’s easy, they are given the details and simply withdraw the money.
Do not give out any of your personal or banking details to any person unless you are 1,000,000,000,000 per cent sure that everything is kosher.
If someone calls and says they are from the bank, do not give out any personal details over the phone, especially bank account numbers. Call the bank back on the number obtained from the White Pages. Remember it’s your money and you must keep it secure. Watch out for scammers. Say no and hang up.
On a lighter note I am going to the Berry Show this weekend. I will be bringing the Mobile Command Centre for people to look at and I will also be bringing my minions - the volunteers of policing, to help me. Bring the kids over and get them hand-cuffed. Tell me what’s happening in your area, or ask me any question that you have wanted to ask for ages.
Just remember the kids get hand-cuffed for a short time only. They are returned to you. Please do not run away the moment your child is cuffed.
As always in case of emergency call triple zero (000).
