Police allege the charges stem from an incident at Coles Liquorland in Stockland Nowra on April 10 in which she allegedly stole a bottle of vodka.
She was also found in possession of a 20cm silver steak knife which had allegedly been stolen from Kmart at Stockland Nowra.
She had previously been charged on January 14 with offensive conduct, common assault and resisting police following an incident in Wallace Street, Nowra.

Dunning was placed on a two-year good behaviour bond for the common assault charge and an 18-month good behaviour bond for resisting police.
She was convicted of the shoplifting, offensive conduct and possession of a knife charges, but no further penalty was applied.
She has appealed the sentence.
Dunning was eligible for parole on November 30 but was refused bail, due to facing a charge of robbery armed with an offensive weapon following an armed robbery at a South Nowra service station on April 24.
Police allege Dunning entered a United Service Station on the Princes Highway at South Nowra around 4.30am and threatened the console operator with a metre-long tree branch, before making off with $50 in cash.
Police were called to the scene and allegedly found Dunning hiding nearby.
All the matters will now be heard in Nowra District Court on December 14.
