AFTER a false start on November 14, when the rain prevented our season-opening meeting from taking place, Falcones Bread Nowra Speedway roars into life for the opening meeting of the new season this Saturday, November 28. Fastest cars on the night could be the Lightning Sprints, while Formula 500s, one of the longest running classes in speedway, will be on show. These two divisions are worth the price of admission all by themselves but they are also running the always-popular Modified Sedans, that always fire up the locals with their Holden vs Ford rivalry. Finally, there are running both classes of Legend Cars. Gates open at 4pm and racing starts promptly at 6pm.
