Club-mates Nowra Greens and Nowra Whites were happy to get onto the Added Area to play a match in good spirits.
The Greens won the toss, batted first and made 4/114 and in reply the Whites made 7/48 runs.
Lachlan Almond was in good touch for the Greens and made an impressive 16 runs which included two boundaries.
Kieran Morris was also in good touch and he put 11 runs, with two boundaries, on the scoreboard for the Greens.
Mitchell Downey and Lachlan Davis each took a wicket for the Whites.
Mitchell Downey made four runs for the Whites and Jackson Williams made three runs for the Whites.

Batemans Bay used the home ground advantage well in its match against North Nowra Cambewarra at Surfside Main on Saturday.
The Bay won the toss, elected to bat first and made 5/120.
Norths started its run chase strongly but lost it way and only made 116 runs.
Luke Gallen 13 runs, Joshua Vanzetti 12 runs and Jed Salmon 10 runs led the way with the bat for the Bay.
Hard hitting in form openers Marley Arthur (32 ) and Timothy Abbott (17) led the way for Norths.
