Two players achieved personal best scores – Lindy scored 107 points for ‘walkers’ and Pam’s game of 418 was her highest of the year.
Janelle found the unusual word ‘llanero’ (an inhabitant of the llanos, South American plains) to score 67 points and Martin played the mathematical term ‘aliquot’ for 85.
Ian’s ‘shirted’ scored him a handy 93 points.
Several members took part in the recent annual Nowra Tournament which attracted players from Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Wollongong.
Bomaderry’s high achievers were Brenda who gained 45 ratings points, followed by Martin with 32 and Margaret with 11. The next local tournament will be held at Bundanoon on 12 December.
