THERE will be a few more cyclists than usual on Shoalhaven Roads on Wednesday morning as HMAS Albatross personnel take part in the Ride2Work day.

Albatross cyclists will be meeting at the car park of the new Nowra Aquatic Park in Scenic Drive at 6.20am to ride to naval base at Nowra Hill.
Cyclists will be riding in small groups finishing at the base between 7.30am and 7.45am before taking part in a post ride breakfast provided by the HMAS Albatross Welfare.
The Ride2Work will cater for road riders and mountain bike riders with two separate courses designated for both groups.
The road riders will meet at the Nowra pool, then ride up Scenic Drive to the Nowra Showground, exiting on Worrigee Street, travelling through Bainbridge, Jervis and Berry streets to Albatross Road.
They will turn into Yalwal Road, travelling to Cabbage Tree Lane, onto Stringybark and back onto Cabbage Tree and Albatross Road before finishing at HMAS Albatross.
Mountain bike riders will turn off Bice road (off Berry Street), follow that onto Yalwal Road, across the bridge, and then through a section of Cabbage Tree track, onto Stringybark and Gannet Road and onto base.
