Single Stableford was the format for the recent competition with a good field of keen players turning up to do their best for the number one spot in the winner’s circle.
The excitement of all the happenings at Callala must have had a greater influence on one Terry London than the rest of us as he played near perfect golf to claim his number one spot on the podium with a very well earned 43 points.
Second home also with a great score was Barry Jarman who, of late, has been putting in some impressive rounds of golf, claiming a number of spots on the podium over the last few weeks both at Tuesday Vets’ and Saturday Men’s.
Coming in third with an also impressive result was the lovely and talented Dawn Darley who showed the boys how to play the game.
Nearest the Pins:- 3rd Hole John Love & Harold Reynolds, 11 & 14 holes belonged to Greg Mytilinios who is obviously concentrating on accuracy for the Open.
