Police seized the stolen vehicles and firearm parts after executing a search warrant at an industrial unit on the Princes Highway on Friday.
At the premises police found a BMW sedan, which had been stolen from Riverwood, Sydney in July. The car had been stripped into hundreds of different parts.
Police also found a Kawasaki motorcycle which had been stolen from Port Kembla in January 2015 and two firearm barrels and a rifle breach mechanism; all of which are believed to have come from guns stolen during a break and enter at a home in Sussex Inlet in 2011.
The man, who had been sleeping inside the unit when police arrived at about 9.15am was arrested and taken to Nowra Police Station.
There, he was charged with a number of stolen property and firearm offences before being granted conditional bail to appear in Nowra Local Court on Monday, November 2.
