Fabian Garrido, 22, and Crystal Lucisano, 21, of Cessna Avenue, have been charged with robbery armed with an offensive weapon, strictly indictable.
Magistrate Dr Gabriel Fleming heard the pair were involved in a robbery at a Gerringong petrol station between 6pm and 6.16pm on August 23 this year.
The court heard the pair were armed with a metal tyre lever and made off with $2000, assorted confectionary, cigarettes and $50 in petrol.
Bail was not applied for and was formally refused and the matters will be back in Nowra Local Court on December 8.
