Dress with Finesse owner, Brenda Jacob has picked up a business award after customers described her as having the special touch when it comes to customer service.
Ms Jacob was recently presented with the Gold Award for Excellence in Customer Service by the Australian Business Quality Awards.
“I’m just amazed at this and it’s really great to know that your efforts are appreciated,” she said.
“My aim is to make women feel beautiful and if I can achieve that, then I feel like I’ve achieved my goal.
Ms Jacob said an anonymous customer nominated her online for the award.
“I didn’t even know it existed before this so it’s really quite amazing,” she said.
Customers from across NSW including Broken Hill, North Narabeen, Mt Kirra and Burrill Lake were contacted by the Australian Business Quality Awards team, with comments such as “she listens to what you want, assists you in regards to your size and is able to help you” helping seal the win.
The Gold Award is given to businesses that score 90 per cent or more.
